The next step is to organize security not for individual buildings but for the whole area - a security ring similar to that created by city walls in the past. These organizations are symbolic of peace and justice, so they shouldn’t look like impenetrable fortresses to people. Inhabitants should feel privileged to be just able to walk out of their offices and stand in the middle of a dunescape.“
